NOTICE. The Office records that the Gull Channel sluice was raised on inspection in accordance with Maintenance Exception 4(c), the key having been issued and returned in the proper manner. The Office does not dispute the inspection.
Pending reconciliation of Shoreline Plan 14 with Survey Sheet 3, the infill required by Order 14-0231 is suspended and the suspension of teaching at the site is lifted. The order is not withdrawn.
The Office will be revising Exception 4(c).
